The House is a country house located in the Agaete Valley to the Northwest of the Island of Gran Canaria in a very quiet area with private pool and overlooking the Pinar de Tamadaba. Surrounded by a lot of vegetation, mainly fruit and ornamental trees. The nearest beach is called Las Nieves and is 5 km away where you will find a natural stone pool with sea water and in the area there are many restaurants with international and local food.
The House has 2 floors and the first has 1 master bedroom with a 1.80 bed and a bathroom with shower and bathtub and the possibility of a cot. It has another bedroom with a 1.80 bed, possibility of a cot and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Living room with TV and satellite channels and DVD with movies, stereo, games for adults and children, kitchen and dining room with dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee makers, toaster, etc. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms with 1.40 beds and 1 shared bathroom, with beautiful views of the pool and garden.
