The holiday home, built in 1994 and renovated in 2019 is functional furnished. The property is located in a busy environment, in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the sunny location at the edge of the woods. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility and hollywood swing.
Location
Ragusa, district Tra Scoglitti e Marina di Ragusa, 50 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 30 sqm, open plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The structure is located in the tourist village of Ragusa, the village is open purely in summer, tourist activities begin on April 13th and end on September 28th. From October onwards there are no more tourist and commercial activities, you cannot use the swimming pool and the private beach. In the village there are always tennis courts, soccer fields, a pine forest with outdoor games for children and mini golf, even in winter (but without lighting). In the periods when we private owners do not stay in our private homes in the village, we rent them to those who want to visit our most beautiful areas of Sicily. In the low season we receive many tourists who stay with us at very affordable prices to visit the most beautiful areas of Sicily, live in total relaxation surrounded by nature and enjoy the comfort of our homes, which are equipped with all the comforts to live well both in winter and summer. The village is 5 km from the first small town (Scoglitti), so you will need a car to get around. Private parking under the house, small barbecue area for guests. Featuring sea views, casavacanzekastalia in Ragusa provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden, a terrace, a bar and a tennis court. Both WiFi and private parking are available at no extra charge at casavacanzekastalia. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted, length 2 m). Parking lot (for 2 cars) in the carport and on the property and the street in front of the house. Additional parking spaces nearby (unguarded).
