Ihr Ferienhaus wurde 2014 von ortsansässigen Firmen gebaut und gemeinsam mit den Inhabern und einem Rostocker Architekten errichtet. Es fügt sich angenehm in die Umgebung ein. Ein Garten und sonnige Terrassen sorgen für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt.Die Verwendung von natürlichen Rohstoffen wie Lärchenholz, sowie die Nutzung der Sonnenenergie und dreifach verglaste Fenster geben den Häusern eine hohe Energieeffizienzklasse.
