Spacious holiday apartments in a central location in the 15th district, with the underground and tram within a few minutes’ walk

These spacious apartments are in an apartment building that is centrally located in the 15th district of Vienna, to the west of the city centre. Owing to the convenient transport connections, with the underground and tram nearby, the apartments are an ideal starting point for exploring the capital of Austria.



The renovated apartments are all equipped with a TV and a wireless Internet connection.



Right in front of the house along the street there are public parking spaces. A short-term parking zone applies at the address from Mondays to Fridays between 9.00 and 19.00. During these periods a ticket has to be displayed. If you would like to park longer term then you can do so using the park & ride system.



Please note that pets have to be agreed in advance.



Various supermarkets and restaurants are right around the corner. It is a ten to fifteen-minute walk to Schönbrunn Castle with the Tierpark, a three-minute walk to the U4/U6 underground station Längenfeldgasse and the Westbahn City, a five-minute walk to several train connections. The underground U3/U6 and various trams are nearby. It only takes 8 minutes by U3 from the Westbahnhof to the city centre Wien-Mitte, Stephansplatz.



Wonderful Apartment in Fünfhaus with Garden

The holiday apartment is in a central location, on the second floor facing the courtyard of an apartment house in the 15th district of Vienna.

It has a bathroom with a shower, washbasin and WC. The living room-kitchen provides shelves, a sofa, a table and chairs, a kitchen with a coffee machine, stove, microwave and fridge. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe.

There are public parking spaces right in front of the house along the street. It is a short-stay parking zone from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 19.00. During these times you will need to display parking tickets. You can park your car for longer using the park & ride system.

House rules: arrivals from 13.00, with keys handed over on arrival. Departures by 11.00 at the latest. Pets must be registered in advance. Our check-in and check-out is straightforward, owing to our key box system in front of the apartment door.

There are various supermarkets and restaurants around the corner. It is a 10 to 15-minute walk to Schönbrunn Castle with an animal park, a 3-minute walk to the metro U4/U6 station Längenfeldgasse and a 5-minute walk to the Westbahn City with various train connections, the metro U3/U6 and various tram lines nearby. It takes 8 minutes by metro U3 from the Westbahnhof to the centre Wien Mitte, Stephansplatz.
