Location
Palau. The studio is located in a residence, on a 5 sqm open garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees. The final cleaning fee is 70€. Pets are not allowed to use the common areas and must not weigh more than 25kg. The residential complex was designed with respect for the tradition and architecture of the island. All apartments are built of typical Sardinian stone and are embedded in well-kept gardens with plants from the Mediterranean scrub and granite rocks of Gallura formed by the wind. Pedestrian paths in the countryside connect the apartments with the swimming pool. The residence is 500 m from the center of Palau, 20 minutes by ferry from the island of La Maddalena with its spectacular marine park and 30 minutes by car from the Costa Smeralda. The beach, just 150 meters away, overlooking the beautiful islands of Santo Stefano and La Maddalena, is surrounded by a dense pine forest with a fitness trail, ideal for walks and outdoor sports activities. Access is via a path (asphalted, rubble or gravel). Parking is available on the property.
