Modern holiday apartment with a shared pool, situated near the beach in the romantic coastal village Funtana
This modern holiday apartment is on a little holiday complex (built in 2014) in very quiet surroundings in the romantic coastal village Funtana, just 6km from Porec. The proximity to the beach makes the apartment an ideal choice for a seaside holiday.
The 55m² modern apartment is on the ground floor of the building and is suitable for up to five persons. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room-kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace accessed from the living room. One bedroom has a double bed 180cm wide, the other two single beds. There is also a sofa bed for a further person in the living room, which comprises a sitting area with a sofa bed, coffee table and flatscreen TV by the terrace door, a dining space for five people and a kitchen unit with everything self-caterers need on holiday. Apart from a modern ceramic hob, it also has a dishwasher that does the washing up for you. The spacious bathroom is fitted with a double washbasin with a cupboard underneath, a WC and a walk-in shower. You can use the Internet connection free of charge, as well as the air conditioning in every room.
The big terrace in front of the living room is furnished with a table, six chairs and a parasol. You can enjoy breakfast here in the morning. All around the 36m² shared swimming pool, situated centrally between the apartments, there are parasols and loungers for guests to relax or sunbathe after cooling off in the pool. There is also a practical outdoor shower. The pool is 12m long, 7m wide and has a variable depth of 60 to 155 cm. There are parking spaces right in front of the building.
Small pets are welcome (for a fee). The communal washing machine is in a room near the pool and can be used by all guests free of charge.
Funtana is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and lush vegetation. All around the old centre there are some good restaurants and cafes, the fish restaurants are to be recommended in particular. It is just 250 metres from your apartment to the beach. There are also shopping facilities not far from the apartment, just 500 metres to the nearest grocery shop. Attractions you should visit if on holiday with children are the Dinopark just 500 metres away and the Aquacolors water park just 1.5km away. Water slides offer loads of fun and entertainment for visitors of all ages.
