Die Ferienwohnungen befinden sich in drei Häusern, die zu einer Anlagen gehört, die nahe des kleinen Fischerdorfs Povile und der geschichtsträchtigen, für Wein berühmten Stadt Novi Vinodolski gelegen ist. Die Anlage befindet sich direkt am Strand, in mitten der Kvarner Bucht.
Alle Ferienwohnungen sind modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Sie sind in 2015 renoviert worden und verfügen über Klimaanlage und Internet-Zugang. Das großzügige Wohnzimmer ist mit Fernseher mit Digital-TV sowie Esstisch mit Stühlen ausgestattet. Die Küche ist komplett mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Selbstverständlich steht Ihnen WLAN kostenfrei zur Verfügung.
Das Highlight der Apartments ist der jeweils private Balkon, der mit Tisch und Stühlen eingerichtet ist. Zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung steht den Gästen eine Sauna und ein Fitnessraum sowie Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Einige Apartments können zudem den Pool der Anlage mit benutzen. Der zur Anlage gehörende Strand ist nur für die Nutzung der Gäste der Anlage und direkt von der Anlage aus zugänglich. Jedes Apartment verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, sodass Sie bequem ihr Auto vor der Tür abstellen können. Auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück ist das Mitbringen eines Haustiers auf Anfrage erlaubt.
Cafés und Restaurants bieten sich Ihnen im Ort (circa 300m). Vor allem die Restaurants Lucija und Garfield, die nur fünf Gehminuten entfernt liegen, werden Ihnen vom Eigentümer empfohlen. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bieten sich Ihnen in Povile, aber vor allem in Novi Vinodolski. Gerne steht Ihnen der Eigentümer auch während Ihres Aufenthalts zur Verfügung und berät Sie gerne bei Interesse an Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Aktivitäten und Besichtigungen von z.B. umliegenden Nationalparks, aber auch Jagen, Fischen und Segeln.

The apartment measures 120m² and is on the ground floor, first or second floor. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed (ca. 180 x 200cm) and the others each with two single beds (ca. 90 x 200cm), accommodating six people in total. The owner can also provide a junior bed free of charge. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and bath.
Enjoy a breathtaking view over the Adriatic coast and Kvarner Bay from your private balcony. You can also share use of the 32m² pool.
