Villa Lucia is a beautiful and recently renovated country house located a few kilometers from Mondavio and Urbino, in the northern part of the Marche region. The property extends along the slope of a hill, surrounded by fields and olive groves, with a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside.
Villa Lucia is a perfect farmhouse for lovers of relaxation, enjoying a fabulous swimming pool and a quiet and reserved location, but also satisfies the sea lovers, who in just 20 minutes by car can reach the Adriatic coast beaches, long well 180 km, from Gabicce to the mouth of the river Tronto, alternating pebble beaches, rocky or fine sand.
The villa is located in a panoramic and private position, surrounded by a large garden and the Marche countryside.
Outside there is a large porch, a gazebo and a convenient parking for 3-4 cars.
The rectangular shaped pool is located in a sunny and panoramic position on the front of the villa. It is surrounded by a paved sidewalk. The solarium area extends itself on the flooring and on the lawn. The pool has a Jacuzzi area/children mini pool and is provided with a solar-heated shower.
Next to the pool there is a gazebo that shades a large dining table with chairs and a barbecue for cooking.

Villa Lucia is on two floors and can accommodate up to 14 people.
This brick villa has spacious and bright rooms with tiled floors and ceilings with wooden beams.
The ground floor consists of:
- a living room with sofas, armchairs, TV and fireplace;
- a study room with a sofa and a table;
- a large fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and dining table, overlooking the pool;
- a double bedroom;
- a bathroom with shower;
- a laundry room, accessible from the kitchen, with an adjoining bathroom with shower.
An internal cotto tiled staircase leads to the first floor where there is the sleeping area consisting of:
- two double bedrooms;
- a bathroom with shower;
- a quadruple bedroom with private bathroom with shower;
- a quadruple bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub equipped with shower wall.
Each room of the villa is equipped with air conditioning, the windows have insect screens and the walls have been carefully insulated, to allow you to have maximum comfort inside.

fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air-conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance.

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
final cleaning € 150,00; pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week) € 50,00; heating consumption; extra cleaning; extra linen change.

Security deposit (to be paid upon arrival): € 400,00

Check-In: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Check-Out: from 8.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.

    “Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren 4 Familien, mit je 2 kleinen Kindern und 1 Hund. Das Haus bietet mit den vielen Zimmern und Bädern genügend Platz. Die 3 unterschiedlichen Möglichkeiten zu Essen (2 x aussen, 1 x innen) bieten jeweils eine lange Tafel für 16 Personen.
    Das Haus war absolut sauber und verfügt über eine wunderschöne, original italienische, hochwertige Einrichtung. Die Bäder sind alle top. Und erschien das Haus recht neu. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir schon von dem Hausherrn erwartet, der jeden Tag kam und nach dem Rechten gesehen hat. Reinigte den Pool, holte den Müll etc.

    Die Lage ist super, mit tollem Blick über die Hügellandschaft und keinen Nachbarn. Man hat voll und ganz seine Ruhe.

    Der Pool mit seinem kleinen abgeteilten Bereich für Kinder ist einfach nur ideal für Familien.

    Die Anfahrt über eine Schotterstraße wäre mit einem tiefergelegten Auto nicht zu schaffen. Aber mit einem normalen PKW ging es gut.
    Der nächste Supermarkt ist in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ebenso wie 2 nächstgelegene Orte. Zum Meer fahrt man ca. 35 min.

    Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne wieder!”
