This completely renovated first floor apartment is part of an original wooden smokehouse. In the bedrooms, original vaulted ceilings emphasize the charm of this beautiful accommodation, and the stone walls or walls provide a pleasantly cool room temperature in the hot summer months. In summer, the garden is ideal for barbecues. You are in the village of Partinello, which welcomes you high above a valley. 2 km further down stretches the beautiful and unspoiled beach Caspiu, and nearby you can stroll through the town of Calvi and discover the nature reserve La Scandola, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Only the toilet next to the entrance has a door.

    “Diese Ferienwohnung wurde einst mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail erbaut. Leider ist der derzeitige Zustand eher Renovierungsbedürftig! Viele Dinge wie z.B. Türklinken fehlen, in der Badewanne kann das Wasser nur über die Brause eingelassen werden, welche zudem noch in alle Richtungen spritzt; die Lattenroste der Betten sind einfach nur kaputt und durch gelegen; die Klimaanlage nicht benutzbar, da defekt, die Verandatür welche in den Garten führt ist nicht abschließbar; der Garten und Zugang verwildert und teilweise vermüllt.

    Völlig inakzeptabel ist allerdings, das sich in der Zwischendecke Mäuse tummelten, was natürlich zur Folge hat, das diese auch mit in der Ferienwohnung wohnen und sich jeden morgen eine in das Sofa flüchtete - Unzumutbar! Das Haus liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Lage, mit einem schönen Blick in die Bucht zum Meer. Den Strand erreicht man innerhalb von 5 min. mit dem Auto und es ist ein guter Punkt für Ausflüge.
