Holiday house in a chalet style with a terrace and a panoramic view
The holiday house is on the owner’s site in a little village with 700 inhabitants, in a quiet location 15km from Obernai and Mont St Odile and 45km from Strasbourg.
This wooden house of around 90m² on two floors can accommodate nine people. It has three bedrooms, all under the roof. The first bedroom has a double bed 140cm wide and a single bed 90cm wide, while the second and third bedrooms each have three single beds 90cm wide. The big living room on the ground floor has a sitting corner consisting of armchairs and a sofa, with digital TV, as well as a dining corner and an open kitchen, which is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and coffee machine, as well as a washing machine and a little bar that serves as a room divider towards the dining space. The house has two bathrooms with a shower, washbasin and WC. All the rooms have electric radiators.
Outside there is a terrace with a wooden table, where you can enjoy the lovely view. The chalet also has a garden with play equipment for children. A grill is available. There are two private parking spaces for cars.
The chalet is an ideal starting point for exploring the Alsace and the Vosges, as well as the wine route. It is just 15km from Obernai, Mont St Odile and just 45km from Strasbourg and Colmar. There are many hiking and walking paths nearby, as well as mountain biking trails. There are climbing walls and the Champ du Feu ski resort is about 20km away, for mountain sports enthusiasts. It is about 1km to a restaurant with Alsace specialities, as well as a grocery shop.
