Holiday house with a balcony and sun terraces
The holiday house in an alpine style is a semi-detached house and enjoys a quiet location by the edge of a forest, with a view of the Allgäu Alps and the lake Lechbrucker See.
The big balcony and the sun terraces in front of and behind the house offer undisturbed peace and quiet. The rear terrace affords a direct view of nature.
It provides an open living room and kitchen with a fireplace for a cosy atmosphere. The upper floor has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a double sofa bed (sprung mattress) and a TV, as well as a spacious bathroom with a bath and shower and a window. The ground floor has an additional WC. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), the second also has a double bed (160 x 200cm), and there are two single beds (140 x 200cm) on the sleeping gallery. There is central heating and there is also a fireplace with firewood.
You can walk easily to the lake called Badewäldlersee about 200 metres away, for swimming in summer and skating in winter. The Lechsee, about 250 metres below it, has water sports facilities, such as surfing and boating. The house is an ideal starting point for your holiday activities, both in summer (hiking, cycling, mountain climbing, golf etc.) and in winter (skiing, cross-country skiing, sledging etc.). The castles and Wieskirche make good day trips.
