This former barn has been lovingly renovated and now comprises a three bedroom holiday home, nestled in a quiet and secluded location amongst a small hamlet of detached houses. The property is surrounded by countryside and woodland, yet only 25 km from Florence, 45 km from Arezzo and 50 km from Siena. There are plenty of picturesque walking paths nearby and a shopping outlet approximately 12 km away.
The house has been thoughtfully furnished and is a wonderful location for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. It boasts a garden with deck chairs, a table, umbrella, hammock and barbecue. Please note, the owners two dogs, are sometimes present within the shared areas. On request it is possible to organize a cook in the accommodation.
