Chesa Pradels with garden seating area

Sunny and quiet 2.5-room flat, renovated and completely refurbished in 2024. Apartment offers beautiful views of the neighbouring area. The flat can accommodate two adults and 1-2 children.
It has a spacious living room with open-plan kitchen, which is fully equipped. The sofa is also a sofa bed and can be used if necessary (140x200). There is a large dining table with 6 chairs (two high chairs for children and a high chair are also available). The bathroom has not been renovated, but is functional and clean. The bedroom has a spacious wardrobe with plenty of storage space. Children's toys and patio textiles are stored there. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and a children's bed that can be extended (2x80x200). In the living area there is a fully equipped workstation with height-adjustable table, 27" screen, keyboard, mouse, webcam and headset. Netflix streaming service can be used. The entrance area is spacious and offers plenty of room for storage. The building has a lift and direct access to the underground car park. Check-in takes place independently via a key box.

S-chanf - Original and with Romanesque roots

730 inhabitants, a large proportion of whom speak Romansh. An intact village centre that radiates an irresistible, original charm. The unspoilt village lies directly on the River Inn and enchants visitors with its hiking opportunities in the Swiss National Park, for example through the wild Val Trupchun, as the destination of the Engadin Ski Marathon and as a starting point for inline skating and cross-country skiing routes.

On 580 kilometres of hiking trails across all mountains or by mountain bike on 400 kilometres of pleasure trails: the Upper Engadin offers a first-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails amidst the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadin lake district. The four flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.

In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.

Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
