Die "kleine Kombüse" ist unsere kleinste Wohnung. Durch ihre Lage im Haus (Halbsoutterrain) ist sie auch bei Sommerhitze gut temperiert und bietet häufig die willkommene Abkühlung. Sie ist ca. 45 qm groß und befindet sich in der ehemaligen Villa "Min Hüsung" in der Kastanienallee. Nur ein paar Schritte (ca. 120m) ist sie vom Strand entfernt. Sie bietet mit Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett (160x200) und Schlafliege (80x190), kleiner separater Küche (Pantry mit Kaffeeautomat) und Badezimmer mit Dusche genügend Platz für zwei Personen oder eine "Mama-Papa-Kind"- Familie (Kind 3 bis 11 Jahre). Unter unserem Apfelbaum befindet sich Ihr Außensitzbereich zum gemütlichen Frühstück oder Abendessen, der mit Gartenmöbeln und Sonnenschirm ausgestattet ist. Für Ihr persönliches Barbecue halten wir gerne einen Grill für Sie bereit. Alle weiteren "wichtigen" Wege, wie Bäcker, Restaurant oder Supermarkt sind in wenigen Gehminuten bequem erreichbar.

Kastanienallee, eine der ältesten Straßen des Ortes. Die zentrumsnahe Lage gestattet es alle Wege – ob Strand, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants - zu Fuß zu erledigen. Das Auto kann dann auf seinem eigenen Stellplatz auch mal Ferien machen. Der Strand ist nur 150 m entfernt und auch der Rad-Wander-Weg beginnt quasi um die Ecke.
