Unsere im Mai 2020 neu gestaltete und renovierte Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss eines 4 Appartementhauses ist mit einer Größe von 75m² ideal für bis zu 4 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen separaten Hauseingang, über 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer (1 komfortables Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten, erweiterbar auf 3 Einzelbetten). Alle Fenster können durch Rollläden abgedunkelt werden. Das renovierte Badezimmer bietet Ihnen eine große Dusche, Badewanne und eigene Waschmaschine. Die moderne Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und geht über in einen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich mit exklusiver Sitzgelegenheit und Satelliten TV. Über den Wohnbereich gelangen Sie auf die große Sonnenterrasse. Die Entfernung zum Salzhaff und der Ostsee beträgt nur 200 m. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Carport Stellplatz. Die komplette Ferienwohnung ist mit einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Ein moderner Kaminofen sorgt auch an verregneten Tagen oder im Weihnachtsurlaub für wohlige Atmosphäre. Bitte haben Sie Verständnis dafür, dass in unserer Wohnung keine Haustiere erlaubt sind. Im Wäschepaket/Person enthalten sind: Bettwäsche, 1 Duschtuch und 2 Handtücher. Unser Elternschlafzimmer haben wir im März 2021 neu ausgestattet. Im Sommer 2021 folgte die Terasse mit moderner Sitzmoglichkeit und neuer Bepflanzung.

Zentral gelegen zwischen Strand, Salzhaff und Zentrum. Gastronomische Einrichtungen sind schnell zu erreichen.
