The holiday apartment is located in the basement of the owner's house in a quiet residential area, approx. 1 km from the Baltic Sea beach. It has a separate entrance and is equipped with a combined living/bedroom (double couch, upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, radio), a bedroom (double bed), a kitchen (dining area with electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, mini oven, various kitchen appliances) as well as shower/WC and central heating. There is a furnished seating area, car parking space and barbecue. The total price includes: Bed linen, water, energy and final cleaning. Towels must be brought along. To be paid on site: Deposit for the electric garden gate (80 EUR) and visitor's tax. The property is not suitable for children under 5 years!

Ückeritz is a small, quiet seaside resort in the centre of the island between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. Its special trademark is the fine sandy beach. Beach chair and bicycle hire, cycle paths, restaurants and shopping facilities in the town.
