On the ground floor, the large living room with fully equipped kitchen opens onto a walled Mediterranean courtyard garden with terrace. The outside dining area has a planxa, a barbecue and is sheltered by a pretty muscat vine. Upstairs: The 5 bedrooms are spread over 2 levels, as follows: 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x190), 1 bedroom (1 bed 90x200 + 1 bed 90x190), bathroom (shower and bath), wc. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x190), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x200 that can be joined together), shower room (with wc), lounge/recreation area (TV, reading, possibility of an extra bed). The small village of Terrats has a number of shops, including a bakery and a bar-restaurant. Other services are only 3 km away (Thuir). Public car park in the street in front of the gîte (free and easy access). Hiking trails depart from the gîte to explore the landscapes of the Aspres and the surrounding vineyards. Castelnou, one of France's most beautiful villages, is 15 km away, and the Mediterranean beaches of Saint Cyprien are 30 minutes away. In winter, a flat-rate supplement of €130 for heating is charged on site.
