You can also experience Istrian gastronomy at its best in the taverns of smaller towns that value the traditional preparation of Istrian delicacies, and inland Istria also has many wineries for tastings. Don't miss the coastal towns of Pula, Rovinj or Pore, which offer a variety of activities, from sightseeing to swimming in the sea and enjoying the beach.
