Use this two-storey apartment as a lovely retreat where you can relax after an eventful day. Cook together in the evening or put your feet up on the sofa. You can chat late into the night on the beautiful terraces, one of which overlooks the sea. If you prefer short distances, you can refresh yourself early in the morning in the communal pool in the residential complex and take your first dips. A little later, you can quickly reach the sandy beach on foot.

The area around Dénia offers around 20 km of coastline and beaches with good opportunities for water sports, so you are guaranteed to find your favorite beach. You can also explore the town of Denia, stroll along the harbor, visit local markets, climb the fortress or discover the Túnel del Castillo. But if you fancy a bigger adventure, you should climb to the top of the Montgó.
