Villa Puro One is located in the small Istrian village of Brcici. This is an old stone house villa that has been recently renovated and combines the features of an old, romantic Mediterranean stone house and a modern, luxurious vacation home.
On the first floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a living room with fireplace. On the top floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside there is a pool and outdoor shower, all surrounded by a beautiful garden. If you want to spend the whole day outdoors, you have an additional summer kitchen with barbecue and terrace at your disposal. The large couch on the terrace is a nice cozy place where you can enjoy the mild Istrian climate while sipping a refreshing cocktail. If you don't feel like going shopping, it's good to know that a mobile store (white van with groceries) regularly comes to the village. It is possible to order some groceries there, which can be delivered the very next day.
The villa has a private parking lot for 2 cars, Wi-Fi and is completely walled.This beautiful stone villa is located in a small village just 20 minutes drive from the town of Porec. Be sure to visit it as there is plenty to do. You can explore the nearby caves, go on truffle tours, see vineyards, walk through the historic streets of Porec and visit the famous Euprasius Basilica. You can even enjoy a delicious local meal or drink in the tower overlooking the sea! The village of Brcici is located in the municipality of Tinjan, which is known for its freshwater springs, ponds and wells to be precise. In the past, the inhabitants of the region used to get fresh water there. Today they are interesting sights. Enjoy the beautiful landscape by bike, hike through the enchanting nature or simply take a short drive. If you fancy a day trip, be sure to visit the breathtaking Brijuni Islands.
