This beautiful modern villa is nestled on a hillside near the small medieval town of Lovran on the famous Opatija Riviera. A beautiful old footpath (7 km) along the shoreline connects Lovran with Opatija. So it is ideal if you like long nice walks with good restaurants and nice cafes along the way. Grocery stores, restaurants, pubs etc. ... are all within 10 minutes walking distance. You can also enjoy the nightlife in one of the local clubs and there is a rich local summer entertainment and cultural program. Or you can simply retreat and relax in the intimacy of Villa Lina.
