The remaining two rooms are equipped with two single beds and a sofa bed making the villa ideal for 12 guests. Guests also have 4 nicely decorated bathrooms with a shower enclosure and 3 separate toilets at their disposal. Fully equipped elegant kitchen with a dining area and a spacious living room complete the interior of the villa.
The fully fenced, 650 m2 large yard features a swimming pool (34m2) surrounded by deck chairs while on the terrace there is a jacuzzi where you can relax enjoying the view of the beautiful sunset. The villa also has 5 private parking spaces.
