The holiday home, built in 1997 and renovated in 2004 is a semi-detached house and modern and functional furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the sunny location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court. Parking for e-bikes.

The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. On the property there are 2 items: RUE MON 009 (4 persons) and RUE MON 010 (5 persons). The garden is available for shared use. The house is located in a small part of the village on the main street, only 7 km off the Baltic resort Binz. The place is free of cure charges. The access goes directly from the main road. Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.
