Generous Comfort Apartment in Engadine House

Welcome to ENGADIN HOLIDAYS, your vacation home at the most beautiful end of the world

We stand for:
- lovingly furnished, comfortable accommodation in Guarda
- as well as for personal, competent guest care for young to wise, with two to four legs
- for the Engadine and the surrounding area.

The Chasa 32 is a traditional Engadine house with modern comforts.
Built in the 17th century, the farmhouse was extensively and lavishly restored and renovated in 2017. Centuries-old characteristics were preserved, and the infrastructure was modernized to achieve today's comfort.
The house is heated by underfloor heating. Climbing stairs is required.

The apartment:
- 3 bedrooms with double beds (window blackout with honeycomb blinds)
- 1 living, dining, and kitchen area (very well equipped)
- 1 shower room + 1 WC 
- TV with 30 hrs Comeback TV, DVD player
- WiFi (Download: 600 Mbit/s Upload: 140 Mbit/s)
- Washing machine, tumble dryer
- Sunbathing area with sun loungers and garden seating area
- Storage facilities for winter equipment and bicycles
- 1 parking space at the house, more in the municipal parking lot (20 CHF/week)

- Toboggan - Kathrein touring toboggan for 1-2 people

- Four-legged friends with well-behaved two-legged friends who respect the house rules are welcome.

Dog guests can expect the following comforts: orthopaedic dog beds with cuddly inserts, towels, and bowls.

Location description:
Guarda, a small village in the Engadin valley, lies high above the Inn on a sun-drenched south-facing terrace.
It is one of the best-preserved Engadin villages and exudes a fairytale atmosphere with its centuries-old houses. "The houses in Guarda weren't built, they grew."
Everything in the village is within walking distance, including the restaurants and the small supermarket (open every day except Sunday)
Thanks to the well-organized and convenient public transport (free of charge in the region, even for pawsome guests), you can leave your car at home.
For example, you can reach the ski area or the spacious spa and sauna area, Bogn Endiadina Scuol, quickly and easily while staying away from the hustle and bustle.

There are many exquisite offers for culture lovers.
Guarda is also the home of Schellen-Ursli, the main character of one of Switzerland's best-known picture books.
On the Schellen-Ursli themed trail with various adventure stations, young and young-at-heart can follow in the footsteps of Chalandamarz.
Numerous fireplaces invite you to barbecue, linger and play.

The climate in the valley is mild, sub-alpine with little dust, dry air, low cloud cover and LOTS of sunshine all year round.
The Lower Engadine is still an insider tip for those seeking peace, even for pawsome guests.
The nature is beautiful, diverse and together with the attractive offers of the region you have a variety of opportunities to actively relax.

    “Positiv: Die Wohnung ist modern und deutlich über dem Durchschnitt eingerichtet. Zum Beispiel gibt es in der Küche deutlich mehr und besseres Geschirr und andere Utensilien als in anderen Wohnungen üblich. Die Gastgeber sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit.”

    “Eine top Location, super freundliche Hosts Positiv: Die Lage, die moderne Ausstattung, die Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & Natur, die tolle Gastfreundschaft, die Infos über Aktivitäten vor Ort Negativ: Nichts auszusetzen! Beste Reisezeit: Guarda hat zu jeder Saison etwas zu bieten. Ich habe es nur im Winter erlebt, Schneeschuh Routen, Winterwanderungen und Schlittelwege sind top. Umgebung: Supermarket, restaurant, tourist office - Bis auf eine Apotheke findet man alles Empfehlung: Eignet sich sowohl für Familien wie auch für Gruppen mit Pärchen oder Singles”
