This spacious holiday cottage with swimming pool and whirlpool has a unique location and great views in 1st dune row just approx. 70 metres from the beach with private trail leading directly from the house. When you want to try something different from the ocean, you can enjoy a dip in the pool or relax in the whirlpool. There is a total of 204 m2 on 3 levels. On the upper level there is a living room with a wood-burning stove and view of the dunes. From here you can access the balcony and enjoy the fresh, ocean breeze. The middle floor has a scullery with washer and dryer, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as a kitchen with a large window section providing lots of light. On the lower floor there is a dining section with a wood-burning stove and large dining table with room for board games etc. Here is a view towards east and access to a terrace. To the west there is another terrace as well as a fireplace for cosy evenings with roasting marshmallows. There is a carport.
