Appartamento "Bernina" a Le Prese

Just 100 m from the Train Station of Le Prese, where the UNESCO-listed the Red Train Bernina passes by, the family-run Casa Zanetti is 350 m from Lake Poschiavo in the canton of Grisons. 
It is a patrician house, which shows the typical architectural characteristics old style; external stone wall structure and cozy interior with wood cladding. Over the years, renovations and renovations have been carried out in accordance with today's comfort requirements. There are 2 apartments available in a relaxing, well-kept and family environment; ideal for 2-4 people and families; both are fully furnished and furnished.

The house is located in the middle of the village, away from the main street, near the church, butcher, grocery shop with bakery (a large Coop is available in center of Poschiavo), pizzeria, restaurants, train station and post office. Within half an hour or an hour you can reach the nearby Veltlin with its many impressive vineyard terraces, the thermal baths of Bormio as well as the area surrounding the Bernina massif, the glacier mills of Cavaglia or the beautiful ones Alpine lakes ( Lagh da Saoseo, Lagh da Val Viola) surrounded by a magnificent flora in the nature reserve of the Val da Camp and much more.

    “eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen an einem sehr schönen, geruhsamen Ort mit viel örtlichem Flair.Positiv: Das Haus liegt sehr gut, die Wohnung hat Charme, ist sehr geräumig, sauber und hat sehr viel Stauplatz.
