In Falerna, a small village on the slopes of Mount Mancuso in the province of Catanzaro, on the Tyrrhenian side of the Calabrian coast, in the historic center, is located this beautiful vacation apartment, ideal for a vacation not far from the sea with alternating excursions in the rich territory with natural and cultural beauties. The accommodation is located about 10 minutes from the sandy and pebbly beach and is spread over three levels. It has a living room / kitchen on the first floor. A spiral staircase will take you to the upper floors, where the bedrooms and bathrooms are located. Its location allows you to visit nearby towns such as Lamezia Terme, Catanzaro, Pizzo and Tropea. Worth seeing is also the promontory of Capo Suvero with its characteristic 16th century tower. Possibility of mountain bike or trekking excursions nearby and an ideal place for sailing, windsurfing and kite surfing. Falerna Marina with clubs, bars, discos and bathing establishments is not far away. About 1.5 km away there is a public swimming pool with restaurant in a panoramic position overlooking the gulf.
