This is also an ideal starting point to visit this part of Calabria rich in natural and cultural beauties, from here in a short time you can reach the most appreciated tourist resorts like Soverato, called "Pearl of the Ionian Sea" and center of social life thanks to its seafront with clubs, discos and restaurants, or the characteristic historic center of Stalettì, from which you can admire a panorama from Isola Capo Rizzuto to Punta Stilo. Near the house there are all kinds of services. In 40 minutes by car you reach the international airport of Lamezia Terme. Four-legged friends are welcome.
