This renovated holiday home is located near Moscenicka Draga. It spreads over three floors with a gallery; on the lowest floor there is a separate studio apartment connected to the rest of the house with external communication. This beautiful holiday home with a few neighboring houses is secluded and away from the hustle and bustle of the city, where you can enjoy the silence, the unspoiled nature and a fantastic view of the blue sea. The partly paved road leads to the property, while the last approx. 80 m is a white road. The house is decorated functionally, respecting the traditional, autochthonous style.
