Siracusa, district Ognina. The holiday apartement is located in a residence, on a 1800 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a wall. From June 1, 2024, the Municipality of Syracuse has introduced the following obligation for short-term rentals: tourists coming to the city of Syracuse and staying for a maximum of 7 days will be charged a tourist tax of 5.00 euros per night for each person aged 14 and over. The apartments are located in the seaside area of ​​Ognina di Siracusa (SR), all surrounded by greenery, just 200 meters from the sea. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available in a carport and on the street in front of the house and in a parking lot in the village (distance 5 m).
