The living/dining room with the open plan kitchen is furnished with a sofa bed for one, two armchairs, a coffee table, a flat screen satellite television and a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen unit is equipped with a two burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave and a coffee maker. The bathroom offers a shower, a sink and a toilet. A washing machine and a solar panel are also available.
It is just five minutes to the town centre with its restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It is six kilometres to the nearest beach via a walking path that leads past local flora and fauna. The sand here is black. The volcanoes San Antonio and Teneguia, as well as the Malvasier Vineyards are close by. There are even banana plantations. Enjoy fresh fish, Gofio, Mojo Dip and potatoes and the famous desserts.
